Greek Yogurt

In a recent 12 week study at the University of Tennessee showed that participants who replaced some foods with Greek yogurt lost more body fat and had a markedly greater reduction in waist circumference than the control group which ate other yogurt.

The participants in the study decreased trunk fat by 81 percent in the versus the regular yogurt group. An added bonus with Greek yogurt is it is lower in lactose which is a plus for anyone who might be lactose-intolerant, a condition that causes bloating and digestion problems.
