Natural Remedies for Motion Sickness

If you get nauseated every time you ride in a car, boat or train try these natural tricks:

  • take some lemon wedges and suck on them
  • suck on a piece of ginger or drink ginger tea
  • rub your forearms together which stimulates the Pericardium meridian
  • buy an acupressure wrist band found in drug or health food stores to stimulate, specifically Pericardium 6
  • don’t read while traveling but look forward, which assists the body’s ability to balance itself (our skin, eyes and ears work together for balance)
