High Blood Pressure?

If you have high blood pressure, and particularly if you take cholesterol-lowering drugs, make sure your diet is high in Co-enzyme Q10 (C.Q10). It can help lower blood pressure and protect against heart disease, breast cancer and gum disease. Good sources include organic meat and eggs. Co-enzyme can also be found in rice bran, wheat germ, peanuts, spinach, broccoli and fish. Of course you know that in order to get your blood pressure down you must exercise daily.
