Tips for weight management:

  • Weigh yourself on a consistent scale, after you have voided in the a.m. or better yet don’t weigh yourself, see how your clothes fit you, as you go (exercise).
  • Drink 8 cups of water/fluid during the day. One cup is 250 cc., better yet, drink when you are hungry. Often people are thirsty as opposed to hungry.
  • Move your body, daily, to increase your energy, decrease your hunger and better yet, do it with a partner, dog or in front of the TV, to take the boredom out of the activity.
  • Eat raw food.
  • Drink lemon water with no sugar. It creates a lean, clean body.
