Recipe: All Natural Granola Bars

1) mix together in a bowl and set aside:
1 cup butter (or canola oil)
1 500 g jar of peanut butter
1.5 tbsp vanilla
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup (or honey)

2) mix together in a large bowl:
3 cups oats
sprinkle of almond grinds (fine dust)
1 cup sundflower seeds, salted
1 cup sesame seeds
2 bags Chipits (or dates or raisins)

3) Mix all ingredients together, press into 12×18 greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly and cut into squares while warm.
